New Benami Property Scheme can Make You Rich!

The government hasn’t stopped working on Benami properties and making sure that none of the Benami property holders walks away. New measures are getting introduced every now and then. In the new scheme introduced by the government, Benami Transactions Informants Reward Scheme, anyone who informs the government about any o the Benami property through the prescribed way, will be rewarded. That’s not the end of it, the reward can be as high as 1 crore.
The informant’s identity will be kept as a secret at all times which will make it easier for the foreign informants to come forward and pass on the information.
Union Housing Minister, Hardeep Singh Puri has said that the property transactions will be linked to Aadhaar to eliminate the illicit property transactions which will further help in curb the Benami properties. This will also help in eliminating the use of unaccounted money in the real estate sector.
Keeping Aadhaar in mind, the government came up with the solution to keep the property transactions under check. Linking the property transactions with Aadhaar will help keep the Benami property in check.
Aadhaar has helped in numerous ways in last three years. Earlier, crores of pension money would go to fake accounts. With the help of Aadhaar, this problem has been tackled to a good extent.
Prime Minister Modi, said that the demonetisation has brought about a change in country’s economic environment. Corrupt people are now scared to make illegal transactions int eh fear of getting caught. Soon the country will have the digital way to monitor all the monetary transactions which will help in curbing the illegal transactions further.
Unaccounted money coming to the banks has given the government a lead to find the wrongdoers and the people who get involved in illegal transactions. The government is committed to tracking the people who involve in illegal monetary transactions and take strict actions against them.
How can one give the information?
