2-Bhk and 1-Bhk Residential Flats Housing Scheme by BDA

A new housing scheme was launched by BDA (Bhopal development authority) for the allocation of 73 2-bhk and 1-bhk residential flats. Maharishi PatanjaliParisarYojana, Gondarmau is the name of this new housing scheme. Bhopal development authority has called for the applicants to be registered for flats in this scheme from 11 April 2016.
The Bhopal development authority also came up with a new housing scheme known as Shri Pyarelal KhandelwalAwasiyaParisar Housing Scheme 2016. Under this scheme, it was proposed to build 73 flats out of which 24 flats are there for the Economical Weaker Section (EWS) category and rest 49 for the peoples belonging to Lower Income Group (LIG). 1-bhk has approx. 384.34 square feet area while the 2-bhk has approx. 548.32 square feet area. Prices of the flats were to be decided depending upon the floor.
Anyone who wants to register can getin done both through an offline or online medium. For offline medium, the cost of registration is 200 for 1-bhkand 400 for 2-bhk, while for the online medium it is 100 for 1-bhkand 200 for 2-bhk. Applicants need to hurry up as there are limited number of flats.
