If you have wicker furniture lying around for some time accumulated with dust, salt is all you need to clean it. For this brush the furniture with salt water and keep the furniture in the sun.

Salt helps get rid of weeds. If you have them growing in your compound or cracks between walls or attacking your home plants, sprinkle salt on them. The weeds will disappear once it starts raining.
