- Fur-fall is one of the major challenges faced. Proper grooming during seasonal changes can help get rid of fur.
- Pets are prone to various kinds of allergies which lead to skin-fall and saliva dropping issues. Consult a pet expert and start using fish oil in your pet’s regular diet. This can help curb any kind of allergies.
- The pet’s body tends to lose moisture during winters. Using a use moisturizer at night will help keep their skin smooth.
- In winter, the inner fur starts to grow, causing oldt fur to fall. To protect them from cold in such conditions, your four-legged companion can be given protection against cold with the help of pet clothes.
- Make sure you give them a warm bed, with a insulator and proper bedding. If there is no bedding, the room should at least have a wooden floor or be carpeted, or else the pet may fall sick.
- Defer the time of your dog walk to when there's a little warmth in the air and ensure that he is not outdoors for too long.
- Pets require tasty food during winters as their appetite increases and they need sufficient food to maintain the body temperature. There are a variety of high energy foods available for pets which can keep them healthy and fit.
