Kitchen sink comes with different types of configurations. Let’s take a look at a few of them that you can select from.

1Single bowl:

You can choose this option if you are used to cooking lavish meals in big pans and pots. As the sink size is usually wide and deep you can keep more vessels and wash them easily. Opt for single bowl sink if you have a small kitchen. It takes less space compared to other sinks.

2Single bowl with drainboard:

Made from stainless steel, this kitchen sink comes in different finishes and sizes. As it has adequate drainage facility, it can last for a longer period of time. You can opt for stainless steel with anti-scratch surface for durability.

3One and a half bowl:

This option is perfect for a sleek kitchen. Both the bowls differ in size. You can separate the load accordingly, keeping small dishes in the small bowl and bigger ones in the wider bowl. Opt for a ceramic finish as stains can be easily cleaned.

4Double bowl:

As the name suggests, this sink has two bowls. One can be big and the other small or both of the same size. You can choose according to your preference. The advantage of this sink is that you can segregate your tasks. For example, keep the soiled dishes in one and cleaned ones in the other or clean in one, rinse in the other.

5Triple bowl:

This is the most flexible option if you have a big family. The cleaning can be done in separate sinks. If your kitchen is big in size and no problems with budget, opt for a sink with triple bowl that will help you in your kitchen needs.

6Corner sink:

Available in different material, shapes and sizes, this is ideal for kitchens with more space. If placed in an angular position, the corner sink gives the flexibility to have space on either side. You can either customize this option or purchase a new sink. Corner sinks are available with double basins as well. You can choose according to your preference. It gives a contemporary and trendy feel to the kitchen.
