Focus on the trend and go for a neutral palette with textures and add burst of colour to highlight a wall.

3. Showers: Choosing a shower (diverter, electric shower or mixer shower) would depend on the location of the bathroom and plumbing. There are several styles available in different price range. A good quality and great looking shower will add glamour to your bathroom. If you have the budget, a nice shower door and shower unit would be a winning combination. However the key here is to understand your budget and decide the areas you want to splurge and find sharp ways to save on other elements.

4. Space saving fittings: To make your bathroom look spacious and airy, you can choose from a range of sanitary fittings that are crafted in a smart way. From corner basins to wall-mounted toilets, the options are many. Short projection toilets, which are around 20cm shorter than a standard size, work perfectly. Another important aspect to consider is a practical and stylish sink. For this, you can go for a wall-hung design to maximize floor space. Also, ensure that the pipework and plumbing is concealed from view to give a tidy and sleek finish to the bathroom.

5. Finishing touches: To add character to your bathroom, you can hang engaging artworks, add decorative mirrors or planters and accessories that reflect your own sense of style and elegance. These touches will give a stylish look to your bathroom.
