Once or probably twice comes a time in a person's life when they buy a house or invest in residential plots. You want your new home or property to be the best one possible under your chosen budget. The area has a robust social infrastructural, top-class institutions, super-specialty hospitals, clubs, restaurants, banks, etc.

A new project for the construction of a 44km six-lane highway is under implementation at this location, which includes flyover construction at Pakvan Crossroads, Vaishnodevi Temple, Sargasan, Sanand, and Infocity. 

Bopal also has the same kind of rich social infrastructure offering a wide range of contemporary amenities like Cafes, restaurants, shopping malls, and multiplexes. A few of the landmarks near this location include Community Health Center (CHC), City Gold multiplex theatre, GEB Electrical supply office, and the ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) Colony. The Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) has put a lot of effort into improving the infrastructure in Bopal, and new flyovers have been constructed in this direction. 

The authority has also worked for the improvement of drainage lines and rainwater pipes for facilitating smooth traffic movement and solve drainage issues. The AUDA is also looking after the improvement of the Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS) linking Ahmedabad to Bopal junction.

If you are really interested in residential plots in Ahmedabad, you can choose Bopal, which is known for its green stretch and affordability. You can buy a furnished apartment in Bopal for as less as Rs 18 lakh. Residential plots could be even cheaper, depending upon the plot area. Whereas, if you move to south Bopal, you will find residential properties in a variety of budgets. South Bopal offers excellent connectivity to hubs like Dholera, Prahlad Nagar, and Bodakdev.

The rental market in Bopal is also witnessing a positive trend. Due to its proximity to corporate offices and colleges, a lot of youth and professionals keep visiting this locality. You can rent a 2 BHK Flats for a rental value of Rs 10,000/month.
