3.    Going too far with colours:
A home buyer will imagine the property to be the reflection of his personality, and therefore, it is better to keep the paint colours sober and straightforward. It gives the buyer a clear idea of how he can decorate the house. Keeping them soft and neutral tones can interest the buyer more.
 
4.    Not getting rid of imperfections:
Homebuyers have the notion that their property will sell no matter what. It is not true. When you are planning to sell the house, it is better to keep it clean. Unwanted mould, smell and even small imperfection can put off the buyer. Keeping a property clean and well maintained, gathers the attention of the buyer more. If there is an issue with the piping or the wiring in the property, it is better to fix it before setting the house for sale. A right property sells faster than the one that is in bad condition.
