These aspects are necessary for both you and your family’s physical and mental health.

Open spaces: Gone are the days where there use to big lawns and parks. And not many of us can afford big lavish lawns and gardens. But open spaces are as important as anything else for a healthy lifestyle. So while checking the projects make sure you check how much open spaces, the project is offering. Make sure the open space is enough for everyone that include kids playing area, a walking area or a playing zone for adults.

Nearby basic amenities: Choose a locality where all the basic amenities are in a nearby location, whether its a school, hospital or markets among others. These factors help in making life easier and smoother. Also, all these amenities make your property saleable for future.

Floor plan: It is important to check the floor plan in detail. You should know the size of each room, number of rooms or balconies you are getting. Never compromise on the room sizes and number of rooms that you require
