Have you taken a loan and are under huge debts? Is the loan amount giving you a lot of stress? Expert SK Mehta encodes the vastu reasons for being in debt.

  1. Vastu dosha in the North West zone might be a reason why one ends up in a debt. An underground water tank, well, bore-well, basement, or any sort of underground construction can cause this problem. Also, if the North West zone is higher than the South West zone, this causes vastu dosha and leads to debts. Many a times the properties which are to be auctioned have vastu dosha in the North West zone. Also, a person may even take a loan without actually having the need for funds.
  2. Vastu dosha in the South East direction may lead to excess wastage of money. This, in turn, leads to debt that is difficult to pay back, deteriorating one’s image in the society.
  3. The North West vastu dosha puts the house owner in debt due to unnecessary reasons (gambling, lottery, greed, etc).
  4. If there are shortcomings in the South West direction, you may even need to sell the house or property to pay off the debt.
  5. If the owner of the house has his/her bedroom in the North West direction, his/her business might not be controlled efficiently; it may go into losses and consequently lead to debt.
  6. If the staircase is in the east direction of the house, or if the toilet or basement is in the South West zone, the house owner may not be able to repay the debt ever. The possibilities of facing imprisonment are also high.
