Hang evil eye at the front portion of the house. This serves dual purpose as this symbol is said to ward off evil eye and is an excellent decorative item.
Electric candle is another way to add some charm to the front area. These are available in unique designs. Diyas and candles is another feature you can add to ensure the space is calm and serene.
Laced up rangoli can be another option to deck up the front portion of the house. You can make a rangoli on ply and use fabric or pearl or diamond or any fashion decorations to highlight the area.
You can have a big name plate on the door. Ensure it is really big in size. This is important and necessary because the name plate should have enough visibility.
If you are a firm believer of vastu, you can hang a panchmukhi Hanuman statue above the door. This is highly recommended according to vastu. It works to ward off evil eye.
To save electricity, you can have a manual bell outside the house. Ringing a bell spreads good vibes. This also serves as fun activity for kids. This bell can also be used as an identification sign for family members. Outsiders can use electric bell.
