4 tips to maintain aluminium furniture

Aluminium furniture is known for its flexibility. It is important to maintain the furniture to ensure it lasts long. Let’s take a look at few tips on how to maintain it.
- Before you start cleaning the furniture, remove the cushions if any. Spray the furniture with water and clean with a dry cloth. Check the joints and clean them as well.
- If you notice any scuffs on the surface of the furniture, clean it with water and non-abrasive cleaners. Repeated attempts will be required to get rid of these scuffs.
- Rinse the furniture properly so that it is free of residue. You can use garden hose for the same. Check joints and corners of your furniture as well.
- To keep the sheen intact on furniture made of cast aluminium, car wax or baby oil can be used. Hide the scratches on wrought or tubular aluminium furniture with some paint.
